We aim to make our clinics, our website, and our services accessible to people with a wide range of needs. Here’s where we are — and where we still have work to do.

At our clinics

  • Step-free access to all consultation rooms and the reception area at our East Legon location.
  • Accessible toilets on every floor.
  • Sign language interpretation available with 48 hours\’ notice — request when booking.
  • Quiet waiting areas for patients who find busy spaces overwhelming — ask reception on arrival.
  • Service animals are welcome.

On this website

We aim for our website to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Specifically:

  • Text resizable up to 200% without breaking layout.
  • Sufficient colour contrast between text and background.
  • Keyboard-navigable — every interactive element reachable without a mouse.
  • Screen-reader friendly markup, with alt text on meaningful images.
  • No content that flashes more than 3 times per second.

Communication preferences

Tell us how you prefer to be contacted — phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or letter — and any accessibility needs (large print, screen-reader-friendly formats, interpreter, etc). We\’ll record this in your file and respect it.

We provide care in English, Twi, and Ga. Other languages are available with advance notice — please ask when booking.
