Submit prescription refill requests for routine medications. Processed within one business day.

Send a non-urgent message to your provider or our care coordinators. Replies within 1 business day.
Manage appointments
See upcoming visits, reschedule with one click, get reminders by SMS or email.
Pay bills
View outstanding balances and pay securely by card or mobile money.
For families
Parents can link to a child\’s account until age 16, with appropriate consent for older minors.

Common portal questions

I forgot my password.
Click “Forgot password” on the sign-in page and follow the reset link sent to your registered email. If you can\’t access that email, call our general line and we will verify your identity in person.
My results aren’t showing up.
Lab results are released to the portal once your provider has reviewed them — usually within 24–48 hours of the test. If it has been longer, message your provider through the portal or call us.
Can I message my provider for urgent issues?
No — portal messages are for non-urgent questions and we aim to reply within 1 business day. For anything time-sensitive, call our nurse line. For emergencies, call [emergency number].
