Book an appointment

From first call to follow-up — here\’s how it works.

Booking with Allied IHS isn\’t just scheduling a slot. It\’s the start of coordinated care, where every step is designed to remove friction. Walk through the four steps below, then choose how you\’d like to begin.

1
Book online or call
Pick a provider and time, or describe the issue and we will route you to the right specialist. New patients should plan for a 45-minute first visit; follow-ups are typically 30 minutes.
2
Pre-visit intake
Once your appointment is confirmed, you\’ll receive a link to complete your intake forms online — medical history, current medications, the reason for your visit, and consent. Doing this before you arrive means your appointment starts on time and your provider already has context.

3
See your provider
In clinic or by video, whichever is right for your concern. Your provider has read your intake, so the visit starts with what brought you in — not paperwork. Time-pressed cases get a triage call from a nurse the same day.

4
Coordinated follow-up
Results, referrals, prescriptions, and visit notes all arrive in your patient portal — usually within 24 hours. If your care plan involves another provider on our team (physio, nutrition, mental health), they already have everything they need before your next appointment.
